Yoda!

There is a story behind this image, and it is not from a Galaxy far far away... When I worked for the professional photography lab, my photographer friends called me Yoda. They called me Yoda, the digital master because I helped other photographers with their digital issues. They still call and e-mail me by the name Yoda. The name kind of stuck. It was funny when my son, Kolby told me he wanted to dress up as Yoda! LOL-Paul

I met these two fabulous ladies from Jaynie Mo's Salon & Spa at the Gallagher Bludorn Wedding Show! I'm so excited that they told me about their "Signature You" event today! It was so fun and relaxing in their very nice salon & spa! I got a signature look from a Napoleon Perdis representative. She did a great job! Paul took this photo of me! Like my sultry eyes!?!

Really enjoyed getting to know all the fabulous brides, grooms, and vendors at the Fall Weddings Show! It was a wonderful event! This was our booth this Fall! New banner, new gallery wrap, new bigger tv with new slideshow, and new products! Very Simple, Fun, and Artistic like our philosophy of photography!

Kyler made this sign pointing the way to the ceremony location. We were very impressed!Kyler & Abbie have been an awesome couple to get to know! We've enjoyed becoming friends with them through photographing their engagement and wedding photos!

Arnolds Park is where Kyler & Abbie met, so we had some fun planned for them there!

I came back from an outdoor photo session to find Kolby doing his own photo session! One of these days I'm going to take his "Professional" orange Vtech camera to a wedding. Future brides keep an eye out for Kolby's camera ;-)

Labor Day!

Happy Labor Day Everyone! We spent the day at the Blank Park Zoo in Des Moines!

The Kiddos just loved this Otter!ROAR!!! Not Quite... It was pretty steamy out, so many of the animals were taking siestas. Hey, It's Labor Day for them too!

Our Strong Little Monkey... Bailey loves hanging from things or climbing things, but if you ask her what sound a monkey makes, she replies, "No More Monkeys Jumping on the Bed!".
She loves that book!

Date Night!

Friday night I pulled my wife from the kiddos and myself from the computer and took her out on an impromtu date... our waitress, Polly did so good with the photo, maybe we should hire her?

We enjoyed dinner @ Olive Garden and some oh so good cheesecake! Then off to share our Starbucks fav, a Grande Green Tea Frappe blended with Raspberry. Yummy!
